DISHWASHER PROBLEMS

CONSTANT/LOUD NOISES

Technicians have years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing dishwasher malfunctions that can lead to irregular noises to come from the appliance. The reason for the noises is either a broken pump housing, washer arm bearing or motor bushing. Since these are common issues, customers can be sure we will be able to repair them immediately!

LEAKING WATER

There are usually two reasons a dishwasher leaks water. One reason is that there’s an issue with the door closure or latch and it will need a replacement. The other cause is a failed water inlet valve that must be fixed right after our arrival to your home. We have the manufacturer parts to fix Whirlpool, GE, LG and all name brands of dishwashers.

WON’T START

If a dishwasher won’t turn on, you confirm the appliance is plugged in and that none of the circuit breakers tripped. If this is not the issue, the problem could be related to the door latch switches, thermal fuses, electronic controls or motor relays.

DOESN’T DRAIN OR FILL

Your dishwasher is designed to fill up with water and then drain water after cleaning the dishes. A dishwasher won’t fill if there’s a broken door switch or float switch or a broken water inlet valve. Your dishwasher does not drain if there is a malfunctioning drain pump motor or drain hose on the unit.

DOESN’T WASH DISHES

Your dishwasher is not of much use when the dishes are always dirty after a cycle. The dishes will sometimes be dirty when there’s a broken housing gasket, water tube or filter or spray arm. We have replacement parts to fix dishwasher problems right away.

WON’T DRY DISHES

The functions of a dishwasher is for the appliance to both wash and dry dishes. You don’t want to hand dry your dishes and silverware following a cycle. Your dishwasher won’t dry if there is a broken rinse aid dispenser, heating element or thermostat. We can repair or replace manufacturer parts that perform the drying functions of all types of dishwashers.

DOESN’T DISPENSE DETERGENT

In order for your dishwasher to be able to wash dishes, it needs to be able to dispense soap or detergent throughout the machine. This cannot occur if there is a broken bi-metal release, timer or wax motor.
